Judy Trafford has enjoyed the creative arts all her life. After starting the Singing Wind Studio in 1993, she began combining her love of yoga with her love of art. She has been on the faculty of the von Liebig Art Center in Naples where she teaches Art and Yoga.
From her Naples studio, she teaches workshops called the Zen of Creativity.
Judy express the moods, colors and textures she sees whether in her sunny Naples en plein air paintings or her wonderful coastal Maine flower and seaside paintings.
In Maine, her work can be found in the Northern Tides and the Crow Town Galleries in Lubec and the Commons Gallery in Eastport. The last three years, Judy has summered in Lubec, Maine where she works from her Windows on the Bay Studio painting and teaching yoga. She invites artists to create workshops from her Artists Space which includes six oceanfront suites, a common living room, dining room and large teaching space.
It is Judy’s sincere hope that her paintings inspire joy in the quiet places within the soul of the viewer.
